Our EV full service is the annual deep-clean for your electric vehicle. It builds on the interim service with two crucial additions: a battery state-of-health (SOH) check, and an inspection of the high-voltage cooling system that keeps the battery and inverter at temperature.
Battery SOH is the most-asked-about figure for any EV owner. It tells you what percentage of the original capacity your pack still holds. We use proper diagnostic equipment to read this from the battery management system, log it, and trend it over visits. Knowing your SOH helps you plan long trips, value the car for resale, and catch any abnormal degradation early.
The HV cooling system - the loop that runs coolant past the battery and inverter - is often forgotten because it isn't on the dashboard. But a clogged or low coolant loop will derate your charge speeds, hurt range in summer, and in the worst case shorten battery life. We check the level, condition and flow as part of every full service.
