The EV major service is the deeper, every-2-years job that takes care of fluids and components that don't need yearly attention. It includes everything in the full service plus brake fluid replacement, coolant replacement (where applicable), and a deep inspection of the drive motor, inverter and charging hardware.
Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air, even on an EV that barely uses friction braking. After 2 years it's typically over the 3% moisture threshold, which lowers its boiling point and risks brake fade. We replace it with the correct DOT specification and bleed the system properly.
Coolant in the HV loop is usually a long-life formulation, but on some models it needs replacing on the 2-year interval. We check your manufacturer's spec and only change it if needed - no upselling.
