How to Send Us a Module
Sending a module for testing is simple - follow these four steps and we'll handle the rest.
Send the module to our workshop

Use a tracked delivery service to our Dumbarton workshop
Once received, we’ll bench test the unit and contact you with a full diagnosis and clear repair-or-replace recommendation. Workshop address provided at booking - message us on WhatsApp to start.
Simple, fair pricing
Most modules are tested for a fixed bench-test fee, confirmed in your quote before you post anything - and if we go on to repair the unit, the testing fee comes off the repair cost.

How much does testing cost?+
Testing is a fixed bench-test fee that we confirm in your quote before you send anything. If you then go ahead with a repair, that fee is deducted from the repair price.
What if you find no fault?+
You still get a full written report confirming the unit tested good, so you can rule it out with confidence and look elsewhere for the fault. The bench-test fee still applies as the work has been done.
How do I remove the module?+
Disconnect the battery first, then unplug and unbolt the unit using anti-static handling. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll talk you through it.
How do I send it, and will you send it back?+
Print the send-to-us and return labels from your order confirmation, package the unit securely (anti-static / bubble wrap) and post it tracked. We return your unit by tracked courier once testing (and any repair) is complete.
How long does it take?+
Most modules are tested within 24-48 hours of arriving at our workshop. We'll confirm turnaround with your quote.
